Here, you witness the whole cocoa cultivation from beans to pod harvesting and the unique fermentation process that creates our Hoko flavor. At Cocoa Culture Spring, a 75-ft falling waterfall is the source of Balung river showing the 27,000-year-old basaltic columnar jointings protruding at the end of the creek.
