How To Book?

Step 1: Choose your preferred tour/ tour package (let us know the tour code).
Step 2: Contact Go Borneo Reservations Office and let us know your requirements.
Step 3: Book your date and make payment. You will be notified after payment is clear.
Step 4: Pack your bag and ready to GO!

How can I make my booking?
You can make your reservations by calling Go Borneo Reservations Office at +6-016-826 9579 or +6-089-772277.
Do you accept payment through credit card?
We only accept cash, cheque and online bank transfer at the moment. Credit card payment is yet implemented.
Are we allowed to cancel our booking after payment is done? Any refund will be given?
Yes, you are allowed to cancel your booking. However, please note that refund amount will be bound to our cancellation terms. You may refer to our cancellation policy here for more details.
I’m not able to find my preferred holiday package, can I tailor-made my own program or itinerary?
Yes, you can. Contact our Go Borneo Reservations Office, we are delighted to assist you!
Do you accept last minute and/or intermediate booking for the destinations?
For Teck Guan Cocoa Museum & Teck Guan Cocoa Village Tour need pre-booking with full payment at least 3 days before visitation. Walk in (without tour) to Teck Guan Cocoa Village @ Tawau Cocoa Café/Cocoa Heritage are available every Mon-Sun (Rest on Friday only) starting on 10am – 5pm.
Can I purchase/book entrance tickets via online?
Online booking is unavailable, please contact us to reserve your trip.
I’m not able to meet the minimum headcount as required, what should I do?
Please be informed that you will be required to make full payment based on minimum headcount as stated. Or you may join-in our existing group (if any) for the guided tour.
Are we allowed to add-on special arrangements such as team building activities / weddings / events / birthday celebrations etc. in our program at Cocoa Village?
Yes, you may. Please inform us beforehand for any additional activities for better management.
Can I join the activities if I am pregnant or having a medical condition?
Pregnant women and/or persons with serious health complaints are not recommended for the extreme activities such as zip line and/or hiking. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer declaring any medical conditions on arrival
