General Terms & Conditions

1. 50% deposit upon reservation and balance payment due two (2) days before visitation.
2. Please note that no refunds are permitted for any unused portion of the tour package, not arriving, arriving late, leaving the trip early, cancellation due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• 25 days or earlier prior to visitation : 10% of full amount
• 11-24 days prior to visitation : 25% of full amount
• 2-10 days prior to visitation : 50% of full amount
• 0-1 day prior to visitation : 100% of full amount
