Teck Guan Cocoa Village

Teck Guan Cocoa Village is about 45 minutes away from Tawau town. Located in Quoin Hill, the fertile volcanic soil begets the robust cocoa trees. Here, you witness the whole cocoa cultivation from beans to pod harvesting and the unique fermentation process that creates our Hoko flavor. At Cocoa Culture Spring, a 75-ft falling waterfall is the source of Balung river showing the 27,000-year-old basaltic columnar jointings protruding at the end of the creek. You will also enjoy appetizing lunch alongside with our signature cocoa desserts and various home-grown tropical fruits.
